Lumen

This series is a result of an ongoing interest in light itself. Controlled optical environments are constructed to isolate sunlight, allowing it to be encountered directly rather than only through its effects. Through prisms, apertures, and the precise shaping of space, light separates into color, bends, gathers, and unfolds at speeds normally beyond perception, made visible through high-frame-rate recording.

Within these conditions, light’s presence emerges and is captured through interactions between the artist and the phenomena.
